The Adoption Council of Ontario (ACO) leads a community gathering designed specifically for adoptive parents, kinship caregivers, and relatives raising children.
A café-style gathering designed to foster connection among adoptive and kin families. Each round table will feature one-to-two conversation prompts to encourage meaningful discussions. The event will begin with a brief welcome and an overview of ACO resources, including Pathways to Permanence, followed by resource-sharing and related library supports.
Light refreshments will be provided.
About our partner
The Adoption Council of Ontario is a non-profit charitable organization formed in 1987 by representatives of the adoption community. Their Board of Directors and general membership represent all aspects of adoption: birth parents, adoptees, adoptive parents, and adoption professionals from Ontario. Their adoption resource centre is supported through memberships, donations and program fees.
