Weave Your Pride: Rainbow Looms for All
with Alisa McRonald
Thursday, June 04
6:00pm - 8:00pm
Queen's Square
StudioCelebrate Pride Month weaving your very own pride flag in this colourful, hands-on workshop.
Using simple cardboard looms and vibrant yarns, participants of all ages will learn the basics of weaving while creating a meaningful piece to take home.
Whether you choose the classic rainbow, the trans flag, the bi flag, or any pride colours that speak to you, this workshop is all about self-expression and celebration. We'll explore how colour and rhythm come together on the loom, with plenty of room to make each flag uniquely yours.
No experience needed—just bring your curiosity and pride. This is a welcoming space for beginners, families, and anyone ready to slow down, get creative, and weave something beautiful together.
