Meet with a Canadian Hearing Services (CHS) Hearing Care Counsellor and learn about your hearing loss options.
CHS provides assessments, consultations, and counselling to anyone over the age of 55 with hearing loss.
CHS Hearing Care Councilors:
- Counsel clients regarding grief of hearing loss.
- Teach clients about their hearing loss and limitations they may face and provide options to manage hearing loss.
- Provide counselling to clients on how to communicate and how to maintain a social lifestyle with hearing loss.
- Explain the process of purchasing a hearing aid or communication device.
- Recommend communicative devices to keep people in their homes and safe.
