EmployNext service providers will be onsite twice a month to provide drop-in employment support, 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm or 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm, and registered employment workshops. Their team of experts will help you gain access to other services, resources, and training to get you ready for your next job. Through this partnership, they will:

About Serco EmployNext
EmployNext is a locally responsive, outcomes-based employment services program generously funded by the Provincial Government of Ontario’s Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training, and Skills Development (MLITSD). They are a collaborative consortium featuring partners such as Serco Canada, Thrive Career Wellness, and Deloitte Canada, in addition to an expansive network of service providers and community partners. Region of Waterloo partners include: YMCA of Three Rivers, Region of Waterloo Employment Services, Starling Community Services, and Cambridge Career Connections.
