Give your body some relief and learn to listen to your ligaments.
In the workplace, we are often at the desk for most of the day when our bodies crave movement. In this workshop, local yoga instructor, Lizzie Rodriguez, helps satiate that craving and give participants some healthy practices for their daily life. Practices include stretches for your work day, Sun Salutations, the importance of healthy breathing, and the five Yamas to live a more balanced life.
