Discover how AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot can help older adults save time, stay connected, and make everyday tasks easier - no tech experience needed.
Curious about Artificial Intelligence (AI) and how it can be useful in everyday life? This engaging, beginner-friendly session is designed especially for older adults who want a simple, practical introduction to AI, without the technical jargon.
Participants will learn what AI is, how it already appears in daily life, and how generative AI tools can be used safely and confidently. Through live demonstrations, we will explore tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot, showing how they can help with tasks like writing emails and letters, finding health and travel information, organizing ideas, learning new skills, and staying socially connected.
The session will also address privacy, accuracy, and common myths about AI, helping participants feel informed rather than overwhelmed. Questions are encouraged, and the pace will be relaxed and supportive.
No prior experience is required, just curiosity and a willingness to learn.
