Need help with a tech issue? Cambridge Public Library is here to help support with computer and technology training and assistance for beginner and intermediate users. We can assist with:

  • Creating and using an email account
  • Using an e-reading or tablet to download and stream library eBooks, eAudiobooks, Magazines, Newspapers, Movies, and Television Shows
  • Navigating Microsoft Office or Google Drive software
  • Creating accounts for and using social media
  • Managing digital photos or files
  • Customizing the accessibility tools on your device

Tech Help Appointments are available for booking at Cambridge Public Library. Call or email one of our locations, or fill out the form on this page for additional help.
