Langs Outreach Team supports people experiencing homelessness with primary care, substance use and addiction support, counseling, system navigation, and community resources.
Langs Outreach Services is a multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive support to individuals experiencing homelessness. Through relationship-based outreach, the team assists people by connecting them to primary care, substance use and addiction treatment, counselling, system navigation, peer support and other community resources. Our approach focuses on meeting people where they are at and helping them navigate a path toward improved health and stability. Community members can connect with a Langs Outreach worker at Cambridge Public Library, Queen's Square (1 North Square, Cambridge) every Thursday from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm.

For over 40 years, Langs has worked alongside residents, partners, and local organizations to address social determinants of health and improve community well-being through integrated health, social, and community programs.
