Leave free-verse behind and join us for a playful romp into poetic form.
From Acrostic to Villanelle, poetic forms invite us to stretch our ideas and engage linguistic muscles that can get a little flabby. In this workshop we will warm up with a limerick, play with a pantoum and give a Villanelle a go.
Come with an itch: a subject or story that is under your skin; and, bend it into form bringing new life and meaning to your words.
