Experiencing a tech issue? Book a tech 1-on-1 appointment and library staff can help.

Your library is here to help support with computer and technology training and assistance for beginner and intermediate users. We can assist with:

• Creating and using an email account.
• Using an e-reading or tablet to download and stream library eBooks, eAudiobooks, magazines, newspapers, movies, and television shows.
• Navigating Microsoft Office or Google Drive software.
• Creating accounts for and using social media.
• Managing digital photos or files.
• Customizing the accessibility tools on your device.

Please note, Tech Help Appointments are unable to assist with:

• Repairs to device hardware and/or software.
• Typing up documents and/or transcribing documents.
• Choosing devices/applications/vendors.
• Endorsing, promoting, and/or purchasing online products.
• House calls and/or remote access to home personal devices (computers, televisions, tablets, etc.).
