Bereaved Families of Ontario - Midwestern Region take you through the facts and myths around grief and share practical tips about support.
Grief is a universal experience and something we will all go through. This session will help you better understand what grief can look and feel like. We will discuss facts and myths around grief, learn what to say and not to say, and learn some practical tips and techniques to support yourself and others who are grieving. There will also be an opportunity to share or ask questions and gain knowledge of additional resources and supports in the community.
This session is hosted by Bereaved Families of Ontario-Midwestern Region and is offered in conjunction with Mark Crofton Bell: The Mom Project exhibition.
All are welcome.
