Are you new to Canada? We can help you settle in!
The Library Settlement Partnership (LSP) program is a partnership of Cambridge Public Library, the Kitchener-Waterloo Multicultural Centre, and Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). By placing settlement workers in the comfort and accessibility of local libraries, the LSP programs ensures support for our new neighbours as they work through their settlement needs in Canada. We can help with citizenship, housing, education, English language assessments, connecting with community resources, and much more.

Located in the heart of downtown Galt, Queen’s Square features the largest public library collection in the city as well as the main gallery and studio space for the Cambridge Art Galleries. After exploring the Gallery, relax with a book in the multiple study and reading areas, discover the large children’s department, or take in a special musical performance on the grand piano.
Cambridge Public Library supports and inspires its community to explore reading, the arts, innovation, and lifelong learning across five locations and online.
