Join the Brain Injury Association Waterloo-Wellington (BIAWW) to learn about their Tech program designed to teach survivors and seniors about technology and online safety.
Our Brain Connect program supports BIAWW survivors as well as older adults to utilize technology. Empowering these communities involves not only providing access to technology but also building confidence and imparting essential safety skills that enhance their independence and quality of life. We aim to promote digital literacy and awareness by educating participants about online safety, recognizing phishing scams, protecting personal information, and using privacy settings. Our program will familiarize participants with assistive technologies to improve their daily lives.
