De-stress with relaxing arts and crafts.
Exam prep and winter blues got you down? Art can be a great tool to de-stress, improve your mood, and foster well-being.
Art therapist, Karen Campbell, will lead participants through artistic projects designed to bolster mental health. No experience necessary in this judgement-free zone!
This series is part of the larger Art + Wellness Project, made possible by the generous support of the Community Fund, the Marion Woeller Community Arts Fund, The Anonymous Fund, and the Keith and Winifred Shantz Fund for the Arts, held by the Waterloo Region Community Foundation.
