All Cambridge Public Library Board meetings are open to the public to attend. Please email Chrissy Hodgins, the Chief Executive Officer, at: chodgins@ideaexchange.org by 1:00 pm on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 to request to attend.
Members of the public are also welcome to request to delegate.
Individuals or groups requesting to delegate must provide the following information to the CEO at least four (4) business days ahead of the meeting: summary of the delegation topic, speaker or speakers’ name, and contact information.
Members of the public may submit written comments as a form of delegation. For delegates that wish to speak at the meeting, please refer to additional details for delegates in the library board’s delegation policy. All written and in-person delegations will form part of the public record, recorded and published in the approved meeting minutes.
