Join us to celebrate the opening of Amanda McCavour: Wanderings and Traces.

Tour the Queen's Square installation, see photos of the Hespeler and Preston installs, meet the artist, watch a demo! Families can enjoy a fun activity inspired by Amanda’s artwork. Light snacks and refreshments will be served.

All are welcome to attend.

Wanderings and Traces is a multi-venue exhibition featuring works by Amanda McCavour, curated by Karly Boileau. Installations are on view at Cambridge Art Galleries and Idea Exchange, Queen's Square, Idea Exchange, Hespeler, and Idea Exchange, Preston.

About the branch

Located in the heart of downtown Galt, Queen’s Square features the largest public library collection in the city as well as the main gallery and studio space for the Cambridge Art Galleries. After exploring the Gallery, relax with a book in the multiple study and reading areas, discover the large children’s department, or take in a special musical performance on the grand piano.


Cambridge Public Library supports and inspires its community to explore reading, the arts, innovation, and lifelong learning across five locations and online.
