Regular Special Board Meeting

Members of the public are invited to participate in the Regular Special Board Meeting by accessing the virtual meeting via Zoom.

Due to COVID-19 and recommendations by Waterloo Region Public Health to exercise physical distancing, members of the public are invited to participate in the Regular Special Board Meeting by accessing the virtual meeting via Zoom. Please email Helen Kelly, the Chief Executive Officer, at: hkelly@ideaexchange.org by 1:00 pm on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 to request the Zoom invitation link.

Members of the public are also invited to submit written comments to the Chief Executive Officer via email by 10 am the day of the meeting. All written delegation submissions will be provided to the Idea Exchange Board prior to the meeting and will form part of the public record. For delegations that wish to speak at the meeting, please include the topic, speaker’s name, and contact information. Requests to speak at the meeting must be received by 10 am the day of the meeting.
