This information session will also cover how to advocate for your hormone health and explore nutrition and fitness tips to help you manage symptoms as you transition into menopause.
About the Speaker
Amanda Otterman, RN, is a certified health coach, personal trainer, and nutritionist, specializing in hormone health, menopause, and corrective exercise. Her own experience with early menopause after a partial hysterectomy at age 33 fuels her passion for women navigate their unique challenges.
