About the Presenter
Karen Campbell, Art Therapist/Registered Psychotherapist
I am a compassionate art therapist/psychotherapist, committed to supporting clients towards transformative change. I am passionate about intergenerational healing and work with those embracing a growth mindset, ready to shift their life trajectory. I bring over 15 years of experience successfully supporting individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, attachment, intergenerational issues, grief and loss. I have worked in a variety of clinical and community settings including residential treatment, community health centres and clinics, women's shelters and long term care. I am enthusiastic about holistic care, creativity and the healing powers of nature. With warmth and empathy, I provide a non-judgemental space, where you can explore, grow, and transform at your own pace. In my therapy office, you can expect personalized sessions exploring your strengths, navigating challenges, and developing practical strategies for lasting change.
