Join Porchlight and our partners for an evening of community conversation.
Bringing together black men to discuss mental health with our partners Porchlight Counselling and Addiction Services and Rhythm & Blue's Cambridge.
The event will include a 30-40 minute talk from Gillian Wells, a registered therapist who works with Black families, and one of her psychotherapy colleagues, about general trends in Black men's mental health locally.
Afterwards, we will have a panel discussion with Black male leaders from the community about their experiences and challenges. We are also pleased to welcome Ayo Owodunni, the Kitchener City Counsellor.
