Get in the holiday spirit with winter-themed activities and an opportunity to talk to Santa (pre-registration required).

All are welcome to drop in to take a funny holiday photo using our greenscreen in the Creative Studios and enjoy a holiday wonderland of activities in the Discovery Centre.

You could also have a chance to talk to Santa at the North Pole via radio with the help of the Cambridge Amateur Radio Club.

Please note that limited spots are available to speak with Santa.
To book a time to talk to Santa, call the Old Post Office in advance at 226-533-2767.

The Old Post Office is an award-winning, all-digital public library, offering breathtaking views of the Grand River and free technology programs for all ages. Each floor in this restored heritage building offers a unique area of exploration, including the Creative Studios, Children’s Discovery Centre, Makerspace, and Riverview Reading Room.


Cambridge Public Library supports and inspires its community to explore reading, the arts, innovation, and lifelong learning across five locations and online.
