When you’re grieving, commemorations, no matter what you honour or observe, can be a time of overwhelming emotions, new challenges and unrealistic expectations. This session, hosted by Bereaved Families of Ontario – Midwestern Region (BFO) acknowledges the difficulties these special days can bring and discusses coping strategies to help you through.
