Children's Program RoomMeet new friends, learn about your community, share your culture and customs, and practice your English.
Join us for casual conversation and connection led by experienced and friendly Idea Exchange volunteers.
These weekly sessions cover various topics featuring group activities and one-on-one or one-on-two practice in a fun and helpful environment. Children are welcome to join you for this meeting, and activities will be available to keep them busy while you learn.

The Clemens Mill location shares space with St. Benedict Catholic Secondary School, as the first integrated high school and public community library in Ontario. This location features maker and gaming equipment as well as community greenspace, with a variety of sports and recreation equipment available to borrow from the Active Living collection. The vibrant children’s area welcomes families and showcases the Cambridge Clothing Index (Closet Stories).
Cambridge Public Library supports and inspires its community to explore reading, the arts, innovation, and lifelong learning across five locations and online.
