As part of their international artist residency for the ššššš.š®šÆ biennial š¦šš®š šŖš¶ššµ š š², ZAC - Zest Artist Collective are presenting an artist talk, Wild Feet: sharing information about past work, their collaborative process and their shared cross-disciplinary approach to art-making. This talk is presented in partnership with Cambridge Art Galleries, Idea Exchange and Cambridge Sculpture Garden.
During their residency ZAC - Zest Artist Collective will present a series of collective actions that will explore the specific environment of Riverside Park in Cambridge. They will walk the paths and non-paths of the park, using the practice of deep listening to connect with the place and discover the stories it holds. ZACās international artist residency is presented in partnership with Cambridge Sculpture Garden.
Formed in 2020, Zest Artist Collective is a plural and communal entity of six artists who span four continents connecting Europe, South America,Ā AfricaĀ and Australia. ElenaĀ Redaelli (Italy), Karin van derĀ MolenĀ (Netherlands), Lucia Loren (Spain), Karen Macher (PerĆ¹),Ā Imke Rust (Namibia/Germany) and SallyĀ KidallĀ (Australia) connect through immaterial lines of ethereal communication and intensive exchange, working in virtual platforms to brainstorm and research. Zest Artist Collective has exhibited collaborative projects in MuseumĀ SchoklandĀ (The Netherlands),Ā LandartĀ Biennial Andorra, Dakar OFF Biennial (Senegal), Est Art Space Madrid (Spain), and Ermita deĀ LomosĀ de Orio,Ā VillosladaĀ (Spain).
