Paul Gains has been a full-time freelance journalist for 28 years and in that time has published his work in hundreds of periodicals around the world including Time, the New York Times, Outside Magazine, the Globe and Mail, the Toronto Star and Canadian Geographic to name a few. Assignments have taken him across the planet.
