About our speaker:
After graduating from the University of British Columbia and spending some time living and working abroad, Mr. Lowson joined the CSIS in 1990 as an Intelligence Officer. Over the course of his 30 years with the Service, Mr. Lowson has worked in a variety of headquarters and field settings across Canada and has had responsibilities cutting across all of the Service’s major operational program areas. Appointed to the CSIS Executive Level in 2004, Mr. Lowson has held senior management positions in both headquarters and the field. Mr. Lowson assumed his current responsibilities as Assistant Director, Collection (ADC) in February 2018.
