Kids practice their reading with a teenage buddy.
This program is designed for children struggling to read at their grade level. Reading skills will be developed and practiced through fun and interactive literacy-based group games and activities. Children will also have the opportunity to read one-on-one with their teen volunteer buddy.
Teens interested in becoming a Reading Buddy must complete our online volunteer application form. They will be contacted for an interview and orientation by our volunteer coordinator.
