Members of the public are also invited to submit written comments to the Chief Executive Officer via email by 10AM on the day of the meeting. All written delegation submissions will be provided to the Idea Exchange Board prior to the meeting and will form part of the public record. For delegations that wish to speak at the meeting, please include the topic, speaker’s name, and contact information. Requests to speak at the meeting must be received at least four days ahead of the meeting.
