Group activities focused on friendship building and empathy.
We'll be focusing on the power of empathy and developing that superpower within us. Group activities focus on friendship building, what empathy is, how can we show empathy, barriers to showing empathy, bullying etc.
The groups are highly interactive through the use of cooperative games, video clips, and group activities that create an environment that promotes building self-confidence, developing communication skills, making new friends, and of course, having some fun.
This program is facilitated by Women's Crisis Services.
