This Remembrance Day we will be talking to Mireille Messier author of the award-winning children’s book Sergeant Billy.
Mireille will be talking about her book Sergeant Billy, which is a charming true story about Billy a goat who trained with soldiers during World War I. This story follows Billy’s journey from a small prairie town, to the trenches of Worl War I and coming back home again.
There will be a live Q&A session at the end, so please bring your questions.
If you are interested in purchasing Sergeant Billy, please check out A Different Drummer Books website for book ordering information.
Note: This program is virtual and is delivered through Zoom and on YouTube Live
