What does Zine mean? Zine (ZEEN) is short for magazine or fanzine.
Join us on Wednesday, August 11 at 6:30 pm for a virtual Zine-making workshop. Learn a bit of history and make some zines! There are no rules!
This program is delivered on Zoom. You only need to sign up once per viewing device.
More information about Zines: Zines are self-published, independently made, usually photocopied, and have a small print run. They rose to prominence in the 70s but one could argue that they have been around since the invention of Johannes Gutenberg’s printing press in 1439. Zine content can be personal, political, niche, artistic, visual.
